Terms of Service

General Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to commission me. failure to be truthful or adhere to this rule will affect your ability to work with me in the future.

  • I have the right to decline any commission for whatever reason, and ask this to be respected.

  • When requesting NSFW commissions from me, you will be prompted to verify your age via ID. This is for my safety and yours. (DOB is required to be visible, other private information may be omitted.)

  • If I don't have any slots open when you inquire me, you have the option to be put on my waitlist. (just ask)

  • My turnaround time can range anywhere from less to 1-2 weeks, to 2-3 months. I will always be transparent throughout this process, so don't be afraid to ask for a proper ETA!

  • I will, by default, keep you updated with any progress made upon your request, or whenever I feel it necessary.

  • Payment will be requested upfront, unless we have mutually established a payment plan, or agreed upon other method.

  • I can only accept payment via. PayPal Venmo, or Cashapp.

  • If you choose to withdraw your commission halfway through the process (meaning I have made progress), I can only allow a partial refund. please make sure this is what you want!

  • Please only participate in auctions (Adopts/YCH, etc.) unless you know you are willing/able to pay upfront, or with a payment plan. specify if you need a hold and I can consider.

  • Once you have claimed work from me (YCH/Adopt/Commission, etc.) you have approx 24 hours to contact me via. DM and confirm payment. Any neglect to do so will result in you forfeiting your slot. Exceptions are made if we have come to an agreement beforehand (e.g. holds)

  • Repetitive backing out of holds/payment plans will forfeit your ability to request them in the future.

  • My commissions are not to be used for personal profit or commercial use, unless we have come to a mutual agreement stating otherwise.

  • I may use your commission to advertise my content, whether it be uploaded to social media, or providing examples of my work. If you have a strong preference against this, I will consider.

Will Draw

  • Furries (anthro or feral)

  • Human/Humanoid characters

  • Characters from shows (depending on the character)

  • My characters interacting with yours (depending upon the situation)

  • Small Props/Accessories

  • Limited color palettes

  • NSFW (18+)

  • Just ask!

Won't Draw

  • Complex scenes/backgrounds

  • Heavy armor or weaponry (depending on the detail needed)

  • Sexualization of minors, animals, etc (lolicon/shotacon, underaged characters, feral NSFW/Zoophilia)

  • Hate speech (Antisemitism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.)

  • Specified fetish content (Scat, Watersports, Raceplay, Rape/Intense Noncon, etc.)

Design Terms

  • My adopts are allowed to be resold, or retraded.

  • You may resell an adopt for the price you obtained + worth added through art you've purchased. otherwise, please refrain inflating prices beyond the base value it sold for.

  • Please do not take credit for my designs. If done maliciously, this can result in a blacklist.

  • Credit should go to my account (daemonxrave) when using toyhouse.

  • Once a design is yours, you have full liberties over it.

  • If you set a design of mine to auth-only, I would highly appreciate to be authorized so I can keep track of the design.

  • Do NOT sell my 18+ designs to minors. Doing so can result in a blacklist.

  • I recommend saving and holding a file of the original adopt for yourself, so that you have proof it is yours. [even if resold from someone else].
